Katie Kelley has been teaching Hatha Yoga and body awareness for over twelve years. Katie integrates her background in body-centered therapy, massage therapy and Vipassana meditation to provide an enriching experience of what it means to be present in our bodies. Classes reflect an eclectic background in postural alignment work, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Universal yoga, poetry, chants, sound therapy, visualization and insight awareness. A typical class mirrors her on-going exploration of the meaning of a spiritual life on this earth.


Katie is the author of a nationally distributed yoga DVD entitled “Basics Yoga, Strength and Flexibility.”
